The idea of organising this retreat came as a result of years of experience and practice — not only in yoga on the mat, but in the many elements we believe make up a mindful lifestyle, including movement, nourishment, rest, and self-reflection.

 

In this retreat we are offering you the space and guidance to explore these elements and recognise what might be missing for you at this moment. Our intention is for you to leave with practical tools that can help you improve your daily routines and bring more balance into your life. 

 

So whether you're a dedicated yogi seeking fresh inspiration or someone just beginning to explore this exciting path, we’ll be happy to welcome you. This retreat is also well-suited to qualified yoga teachers who are looking to refine their practice and register for their continuous development units with Yoga Alliance.

Yoga asana practice will play a big role in this retreat, helping you explore your body's potential through both vigorous and energising sequences, as well as calming and restorative postures. Your level of experience does not matter — modifications, props, and adjustments will be offered so that you can practise at your own pace.

​

You’ll also have plenty of time throughout the day to engage in other physical activities like swimming, walking, or paddleboarding — especially if you've been missing movement in your daily routine.

We understand that everyday life can get busy, and we don’t always make the best choices about what or how we eat. This retreat offers an opportunity to return to a healthy eating rhythm, get inspired with new recipes, and take home some useful tips. To support you, we're partnering with professional chefs who will prepare delicious and well-balanced vegetarian or vegan meals.

Our morning and evening group sessions will include pranayama and meditation, as integral parts of the yoga practice. We'll focus on ‘taming the monkey mind’ through mindfulness meditation and will generally look at how being mindful in our daily lives can bring more calm and stillness.

We've made space during the day for rest time and optional workshops. We want to make sure you get the best value according to your personal needs at this moment - so you can choose whether you need more me time or you'd like spend time learning. Workshops will explore the science and practical application of Ayurvedic wisdom, along with tools and techniques for mindful living.

To support this journey, we’re keeping the group size to a maximum of 10 participants. We’ve chosen to host the retreat in a beautiful villa on the peninsula of KaÅŸ, our charming coastal town. This peaceful setting offers the comfort of spacious accommodation with generously sized bedrooms, private sea access, and breathtaking views. All of this comes together to provide you with the space to rest and recharge, enjoy nourishing conversations, and find your own balance — whatever that means to you in this moment.
